Those of you who read my blog, probably know B. K. Ellison died November 7, 2015. We had four great cruises planned and paid for, including flights. It was his wish to go to Ireland again, so I did not cancel that trip, which is scheduled for August. We still had hopes he would recover enough to make that trip. It was not to be so. However, Princess Cruises was kind enough to rearrange credits so our dear friend Bette can go with me. Sad as it may be, I shall take a small amount of his ashes to Ireland and leave them there. He would approve I am sure. That trip begins August 24.
Meanwhile, if you remember, our ill fated Australian trip, in which the trip was cancelled due to engine failure, resulted in our getting cruise credits for tha trip plus a free trip in 2015 plus an equa value from the trp insurance all times two because we were two at that time. Consequently I have MANY cruise credits to spend. Poor soul, you say. Yes, but I cannot give or take any one using my credits. Bette and I are going on an Alaskan cruise June 4for seven days. Hopefully you will follow my blog for the latest events. It will not be the same but it is what he would have wanted me to do.
