Sunday, Feb 7 I am going back to Maui. This trip to Phoenix has been good but sad. It did not seem real that BKE was not with me. I sold our fifth wheel to the neighbors. That was good, but a lot of travel memories go with it. Similarly I sent our pontoon boat to the place where we bought it, and they will sell it on consignment. I had a lot of paperwork to do, changing names on titles and bank accounts etc.it was great to have support from all the kids.i got to visit with Mildred, Pam, Kenny and Jean,Scotty and his family and my Phoenix swimming. .Ex co-worker and friend Jeffrey is working in Phoenix the next three months so he is going to stay in our house here until May which is when I come back. Good arrangement for both of us. Dear friend Bette is currently on Maui and we hope to enjoy ourselves and plan for our future trips. If all goes as we hope Bette and I have a week scheduled at Lake Chalan in Washington in May, a weeks cruise to Alaska in June, a 12 day cruise around the British Isles in late August, and a week in Cabo San Lucas in October. The Cabo trip is courtesy son BKE Jr. Who has a time share and has invited us to celebrate his and my birthday. He will also visit us at lake Chalan. As you can see we are keeping busy. Most of our trips stem from former trips Bo and I had planned.he really enjoyed travel and especially was looking forward to going back to Ireland. Therefore a bit of him WILL go with me and get left there.
I shall try to keep up with my blog and hopefully tell all about these trips. Meanwhile I will be on Maui and look foreword to seeing all friends there and watching softball games with those folks who helped me so much. Mahalo to you, who knows who you are. Aloha until next time Ann
